What is Clearing

Clearing is part of the undergraduate application cycle for universities opening on 5th July 2024. It's an opportunity for you to apply for undergraduate courses that still have places available.

Why apply through UCAS Clearing?
You may want to apply through clearing if:

· You have not met the conditions set out by your firm or insurance choice university

· You have achieved higher grades than predicted and you'd like to apply for an alternative course with higher entry requirements

· You've changed your mind about your preferred choice of university

· You don’t hold any offers from universities

· You are applying after 30th June
