Steve has been a pro musician for over 25 years, working in the industry as a session player and commercial songwriter. As a session guitarist and vocalist, Steve has worked on sessions for major labels such as EMI, Polydor and Island Records, and worked in the Motor Museum recording Studios in Liverpool with producer Mike Crossey (Arctic Monkeys, Razorlight, Foals, Blood Red Shoes). Steve is a published songwriter (Reverb XL, Sentric) and has worked with Andy McCLuskey (OMD, Atomic Kitten) and written music for TV shows in the UK, Europe and US. Steve is a highly experienced music educator, teaching music performance, production and songwriting and has 15 years’ experience as a senior music education manager. He has a BA(Hons) Degree in Music and a first class Masters Degree in Educational Leadership.
