Rasha is a performance scientist. She is always curious when it comes to exploring how musicians can reach their full potential. Her background is that of a DIY artist who has worked in most sectors of the industry, from performer to festival curator, sound engineer and producer to tour manager. She has an MSc in Performance Science, an MMus in songwriting, PGCert and a BA in Creative Music Technology, and over 25 years of experience recording and gigging globally. Rasha has a unique holistic approach to working with artists and figuring out the gaps in their plan for a sustainable flourishing creative career.
