Darren has toured across the UK, Europe, America and Canada. His career highlights include sharing stages with Billy Idol, Newton Faulkner, James Blunt, Lightning Seeds, A-ha, The Wonderstuff, Gary Numan and The Stranglers. He is also an experienced backline technician and sound engineer, with past clients including The Australian Pink Floyd Show, Pete Docherty, Toby Jepson (Little Angels), Dean Howard (T'Pau/Cats in Space), Diversity, Simon Webb (Blue), Alabama 3, Bez (Happy Mondays), Babyshambles, The Horrors and The Sonics. Darren specialises in teaching Music Performance, Business and Production. He is currently working towards a PhD at Canterbury Christ Church University, focussing on the links between music education and the music industry.
