Throughout the year we hold some illuminating interactive masterclasses and Q&As to give you the lowdown and those industry secrets that you’ve always wanted to know but have been to afraid to ask, with their top tips and incredible stories. Our events team search for professionals at the top of their game from bands, artists, drummers, guitarists, songwriters, producers and vocalists through to booking agents, record labels, festival owners, tour managers, and music managers all keen to share their knowledge and experience.

What is Development Week?

The WaterBear Development Week is a dedicated time for our students to connect even further with the music industry, broaden their network, and come away with new ideas and opportunities. Our regular development weeks feature carefully curated programmes of guest visits, panels, seminars, masterclasses, and gigs from an array of amazing musicians and partners from across the music industry.
