Our amazing Sheffield Freshers Week 2023 line-up has been announced and we can’t wait to welcome you. It is always lots of fun and there’ll be something for everyone. If you’re coming to Sheffield for the first time, don’t put yourself under too much pressure early on - there’ll be plenty of time to get to know the people and the city with the full support of the WaterBear community behind you. We also have online live stream events you can book as well as numerous support slots which you can Apply to Play. Don’t forget to head to our Instagram to watch all our announcement videos.
We’re excited to reveal that the sign-ups for all our events go live on 1st August 2023 at 9am. You can sign up to attend the events by emailing [email protected].
Please email with your name, the course you are studying, year group, and the event that you’d like to attend. Our Sheffield Freshers events will be on a first come, first served sign up basis, so be quick!
If you are successful with signing up to an event, you will receive a confirmation from the events team around 1 week before Freshers. Current students can sign up via BeeBop and this will also go live on 1st August 2023.
We have an amazing opportunity for you to support Youngr and Frankie Beetlestone live at Sidney & Matilda. If you want the chance to support these incredible bands. Deadline to apply is 11th August 2023.
All students can book live streamed Freshers Week events including an online exclusive A&R Event with Atlanta Cobb.

We have an amazing line up of guests and events over Fresher Week in Brighton, Sheffield, and via live-Stream. We also have some support slots available for several artists and bands so be sure to check out the information and book and apply by the deadlines.
