Our artist development team at WaterBear have extensive experience and knowledge from all across the music industry. They are dedicated in helping students flourish as individual artists, helping them to identify their niche, what makes then unique, wherever they are on their journey. To aid development within the commercial arena they can offer support and feedback on music, songwriting, vocals and production in preparation for release. They can also advise on marketing and branding alongside live performance, networking and collaboration opportunities.
A&R - Lamour is a dedicated music talent manager, video producer and DJ supporting emerging artists. He is currently managing rising Tik Tok star ADMT.
Director of Artist Development - Multi-instrumentalist, songwriter and producer with a passion in music education and mentoring, former drummer with Prodigy, and bassist with Sleeper.
Careers and Industry Director - Songwriter and drummer with the band Sleeper Andy has over 25 years of experience in the music industry including roles as a label manager, gig promoter and tour manager, songwriter and producer working with artists such as Sophie Ellis Bextor and Mel C.
