Liam Colin Kearley is a professional drummer and educator. He has played drums for over 20 years, with 10 years of extensive touring and music business experience with the band Black Peaks. Liam has played many festivals and headlined shows all over the UK and Europe, as well as supporting bands such as Deftones, Mastodon, A Perfect Circle, System Of A Down and Prophets of Rage. More recently, Liam has started a band called The Totemist with his good friend, and well-known YouTuber, Rabea Massaad.
James Berkeley, an instrumentalist, vocalist and producer has established himself within the UK jazz, soul and R&B scenes through his many musical endeavours. From garnering a reputation for an impressive live show with his band Yakul to more behind-the-scenes work producing and writing for artists, now James spreads his wings as a solo artist with his upcoming project alongside prolific collaborator, edbl. He has worked extensively with celebrated jazz veterans Incognito and his collaboration with R&B songstress Mereba reached over a million streams preceding Yakul’s 2021 debut album Rise Indigo. An ambitious and avid songwriter, James stands firm that great ideas come through trust and passion for the craft – while welcoming inspiration in all its forms. James also takes pride in sharing his process and advice for musicians via Twitch and YouTube, allowing him to utilise over a decade navigating the music industry to help others find their way too.
Stephen Lynch is a hip-hop DJ and a producer coming out of Leeds. He plays funk, house, neo-soul, as well as hip-hop and goes by the name of ‘DJ Agent M’. Having started DJing at school youth clubs, the artist made his debut on a local radio station, People’s FM, at the age of 16. These days his tracks feature on various radio stations including BBC Radio, Itch FM, Soho Radio and Pyro Radio and his latest work ‘Dream Big’ reached 2 million streams on Spotify. As a DJ he has opened for various artists including Keith Murray, Tall Black Guy, Grandmaster Flash, Busdriver, Barney Artist, Layfullstop, and BlackJosh. In the frames of his producing career, some of the artists he has worked with are Tommy Evans, Micall Parknsun, Genesis Elijah, Breis, Ric Flo (Jungle Brown) and currently produces for Invizible Circle Records.
Stuart was the engineer for the recording of the Band Aid’s charity single “Do they know it’s Christmas?” in 1984. Since that time, the reputation Stuart gained for being able to get a track down in difficult circumstances led to him being chosen to engineer the Guitar Trio album by Al Di Meola, Paco de Lucia, and John McLaughlin. He has also worked with many leading artists from the 1980s onwards, including Duran Duran, Spandau Ballet, Kate Bush, Stevie Wonder, and Bob Marley.
For the past twenty years, Korel Tunador has toured the world as a singer and multi-instrumentalist (guitar, keys, and saxophone), performing with notable acts such as Rob Thomas, Katy Perry, The Goo Goo Dolls, and Jada Pinkett Smith. He has played in many of the world’s most iconic venues and appeared on countless television shows.
An honours graduate of Berklee College of Music with a degree in jazz performance, Korel is also a dedicated songwriter and voice coach. He serves on the Board of Directors for Vocology in Practice, an international network of elite voice professionals.
Korel’s teaching follows a multidisciplinary “cross-training” approach, allowing students to focus on vocal technique while integrating songwriting, ear training, music theory, guitar, and piano. Based outside of Los Angeles in Ojai, California, he offers a relaxed yet focused online learning environment for students of all skill levels, from beginners to professionals.
Kairen Kemp has worked in the entertainment industry since her teens, first as an actor, then as a radio presenter, producer, music PR, booker and mentor. She is known for her passion for great music and her empathy with artists. Kairen is a producer and presenter for the BBC on Introducing, The South unsigned music show, as well as guesting on other shows on the BBC. She has also worked in the commercial broadcasting sector on other UK stations. Her passion has been the development of all artists at all levels including unsigned artists. This has led to her mentoring and inspiring musicians and music business professionals at all stages in their careers. She gives lectures on PR and media technique. Within PR Kairen has worked with major artists from the USA and Europe as well as the UK. She personally promotes gigs for visiting artist clients, as well as with promoters in Brighton and London. She’s also a copywriter and novelist.
Rasha is a performance scientist. She is always curious when it comes to exploring how musicians can reach their full potential. Her background is that of a DIY artist who has worked in most sectors of the industry, from performer to festival curator, sound engineer and producer to tour manager. She has an MSc in Performance Science, an MMus in songwriting, PGCert and a BA in Creative Music Technology, and over 25 years of experience recording and gigging globally. Rasha has a unique holistic approach to working with artists and figuring out the gaps in their plan for a sustainable flourishing creative career. Her focus these days is the impact of mindset on career development.
Johny is a multi-instrumentalist, producer, composer and promoter with over 20 years of experience as a music educator specialising in music performance, production, business and context. As a professional musician, he has had digital and vinyl releases for labels including EMI. He has performed in renowned venues and festivals such as Glastonbury, Shambala, Secret Garden Party and Bestival, and in Europe at Razzmatazz (Barcelona), Paradiso (Amsterdam) alongside artists such as Foals, Metronomy, Peaches and has been featured on radio and TV including the E4 series, Inbetweeners. He has a particular interest in the interface between live and electronic music and currently plays with his live dance act, Transformer, with regular gigs in the UK and Europe.
Joe Glossop is a freelance musician specialising in the Hammond organ, piano, and keyboards. With over 15 years of professional experience, he has toured extensively worldwide with artists such as Tom Jones and Van Morrison. He has also appeared on shows like The Late Show with David Letterman, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Conan, and Jimmy Kimmel Live!, as well as on Later… with Jools Holland. Studio work has taken Joe to world-renowned studios like Abbey Road, Rockfield, Konk, and Toe-Rag, where he has collaborated with widely acclaimed artists such as Paolo Nutini, Roachford, Ruby Turner, and Jonathan Jeremiah. In 2022, Joe’s side project, Gospel Oak, released an original EP titled ‘Shadows,’ featuring many top musicians from London’s soul/jazz/roots scene.
