We’re excited to announce a major expansion at our Brighton campus this September. We’re going skywards, adding three new floors to our headquarters at Hanover House, right in the heart of the city. These new spaces have been designed from the ground up to fuel creativity, collaboration, and innovation. Whether you’re a performer, songwriter, producer, or instrumentalist, you’ll have access to state-of-the-art facilities built to support you as a modern music professional.

Recording Studio

More than just a live recording and teaching space, our new 1000 sq. ft. recording studio will be the engine room of Hanover House. It’ll be packed full of analogue and digital recording gear, to cover all bases.

DRUM SUITE

Imagine a space where you can practice on state-of-the-art acoustic drum kits, true-touch training kits and military-grade practice pads. Sounds like drum heaven to us!

Guitar and Bass Rooms

At WaterBear, we take guitar and bass very seriously, so we’ll be sourcing more of the best gear out there for our students. From amps to pedals, vintage and modern, acoustic and electric, it’ll all be there.

Live Performance and Songwriting Spaces

Our new songwriting and performance spaces will be multi-functional areas, creative spaces tailor-made to support high-quality musical output. Think masterclasses, performance workshops, and loads of specialist activities for songwriters, vocalists, artists, and bands. You’ll be able to showcase your music while building confidence in these supportive, creative environments.

Rehearsal rooms should be the perfect places to create, develop and hone your craft. Full of natural light, comfortable and inspiring, our fully soundproofed and kitted-out suite of rehearsal rooms will give you the tools to take your music to the next level.

Hang space is fundamental to every uni campus, and we want our students to feel comfortable and welcomed. Our common room is there for you to meet, hang, collaborate, network, and share ideas. And get a great coffee too.
