FINDING YOUR STUDENT HOME

WaterBear doesn’t directly offer student accommodation, but we’ve put together a great selection of housing options for you to explore. Brighton is a busy student town, so we recommend to anyone needing accommodation that they should start the search as soon as possible. 

TYPES OF ACCOMMODATION 

There’s lots on offer in Brighton, from dedicated PBSAs (Purpose-Built Student Accommodation) to student HMOs (houses of multiple occupancy), flat shares and single rooms, all of which our network of property agents have access to.  

LOCATIONS 

Brighton is a city, but it’s geographically small and public transport links are very good. The cost of accommodation in the middle of town is likely to be more expensive, so consider looking away from the city centre in one of the outlying areas such as Coldean, Kemptown, Portslade, Elm Grove if you need to save on cost. You’ll still be close to our central Brighton campus.

Located 5-minutes’ walk from Brighton station, Pavilion Point offers great accommodation and facilities. It has an on-site gym, coffee station and plenty of dedicated study areas.
