A classically trained cellist and singer, Jeremy has been involved in music since childhood. Growing up in the shadow of DIY venue The Forum and its own independent imprint Unlabel in Tunbridge Wells, he played and promoted numerous shows on the southeast’s DIY scene in the 2000s.
Having graduated with first class honours in Popular Music and Recording BA (Hons) from the University of Salford he formed Everything Everything in 2007. Jeremy has released seven critically and commercially acclaimed top 10 albums with the band and toured extensively around the world, garnering many awards and nominations, including five Ivor Novello and two Mercury Music Prize nominations.
Inspired by his time working with The Forum and his early experience of touring grassroots music venues, Jeremy became a patron of The Music Venue Trust in 2014, later becoming a Trustee. He was invited to join the Board of the Featured Artists Coalition’s (FAC) in 2016. In 2017 and 2018 he hosted a monthly music radio show on MCRLive.
Throughout 2019 he toured internationally with Foals, playing bass, vocals and keys, performing in over a hundred shows that year. In 2022, Everything Everything scored their highest charting album to date with ‘Raw Data Feel’, followed in 2024 by their seventh LP ‘Mountainhead’. He is based in Manchester.
Steve Smith MA is a Grammy-winning musician with over 30 years in the music industry, best known as a founding member of Dirty Vegas—whose debut single Days Go By became a global hit and earned the first-ever Grammy Award for Best Dance Recording in 2003. Since 2017, he has been a full-time member of new wave legends Squeeze, performing worldwide at iconic venues including the Royal Albert Hall, The O2, and Madison Square Garden.
Signed to major labels such as Parlophone, Capitol, Anjuna, and Armada, and published by EMI, Warner, and Ultra, Steve’s work spans songwriting, percussion, and production, with music featured in global campaigns for Lucasfilm, Heineken, Mitsubishi, and Microsoft. Alongside extensive touring and recording, he brings expertise in songwriting, studio production, percussion, and tour management, while mentoring emerging artists through Help Musicians, drawing on three decades of experience to guide them through the creative, financial, and personal challenges of building sustainable careers.
Charla Green is a Yorkshire based producer, DJ, singer and songwriter specialising in drum & bass, jungle, and dubstep. Since 2018 she has released music across several labels including UK Jungle Records, Drum & Bass Arena, Deep in the Jungle Records, and Function Records. She has also performed at festivals and venues across the UK such as Fabric and Boomtown, and has received radio play on stations including BBC Radio 1, Rinse FM, and Kiss FM. In 2020 she was selected as a mentee for the flagship EQ50 Mentorship programme, pairing with Mantra (Rupture) and Digital (Function Records).
George’s work has been played on Radio 1, KRQQ, Amazing Radio, BBC Introducing, also reaching no.1 in the independent music charts. He is a freelance record producer, mix engineer, songwriter and musician based in Brighton, specialising in alt-rock / pop and metal. As a musician, he’s toured Europe extensively with the bands ReVerbed and River Becomes Ocean. He’s also founder of Favour The Brave Records. George has run two successful crowdfunding campaigns and self-released three albums. He is the production manager for the Rising Stage at Ramblin’ Man Fair and has also worked in production for Isle of Wight and Reading Festivals.
As an all-round creative, Lamour has spent many years mastering a core skillset useful within the music industry and plays a vital part in the development of many artists. After starting his own Artist Management Company, Lamour developed a formula enabling artists to excel, especially within the ever-growing world of social media, creating a one-stop shop for artists to develop and build their sound and identity. With a keen eye for branding and content, Lamour creatively directs many projects from start to finish, working alongside artists looking to get the most out of smaller budget campaigns, giving them the maximum potential to succeed.
Geni is a saxophonist and flautist specialising in; jazz, funk, reggae, pop, and soul. As a musician she has played in every conceivable genre from Black Star (formally Carcass) to Michael Franti and Spearhead, Jackie Lomax to Michael League and Co. As a promoter Geni has been running, and raising funding for, Liverpool’s ‘Parrjazz’ for 13 years, promoting UK jazz acts such as Soweto Kinch and Go Go Penguin alongside International guests such as Snarky Puppy and Ghost-Note. As a producer Geni had her tracks toured as support for Public Enemy in the UK and has had tracks placed on adverts. In education, Geni is also a tutor at Liverpool university and has worked as private mentor for many years, also on Breaking The Record, a programme created to empower women in music.
Bob Earland is a London-based musician, producer and engineer. He has worked in a variety of genres with recording credits including albums by Roots Manuva, Wiley, and Speech Debelle. Over the last 10 years he has toured extensively as a session musician with bands such as Clor and Jacknife Lee. Working closely with Radiophonic Workshop he played modular synthesisers and percussion for their live shows and contributed to their newly recorded material. More recently he provided technical and creative direction to a Dr WHO-themed live show at the Bluedot Festival in 2023. He is currently gigging with Brighton-based band Dark Horses promoting an album he produced with them.
Kaya is an award-winning singer/songwriter, performer, arranger, producer, festival director, event producer, and senior lecturer. She has a love for vocal habilitation and artist development, and the extreme vocal styles in rock, pop, soul and dance. Kaya has headlined many festivals both with her own band and as a solo artist. She has also supported numerous artists including John Grant, Brett Anderson (Suede), Noah and the Whale, The Wombats, Lamb, The Farm and Marina & The Diamonds. She’s performed with the Sense of Sound Choir at the BBC Nativity and with Seal, the Royal Variety Show with Bon Jovi, and at the Liverpool European Capital of Culture opening ceremony with Ringo Starr.
Abi is a singer, songwriter and performer who has supported artists such as Paolo Nutini, Newton Faulkner, Nick Mulvey and Congo Natty, and performed at venues including the O2 Academy, Shepherds Bush Empire, The Roundhouse and Maida Vale Studios. As a tutor, Abi has worked with students for over 10 years, specialising in songwriting, live performance, aural perception, music theory, and vocal coaching. Abi’s experience stretches over a variety of genres, from folk-acoustic to African-hip hop and electronic swing/gypsy jazz.
