Mark Richardson

Mark Richardson

Mark’s professional career started in the early 90’s as part of the band Little Angels with WaterBear Founder Bruce Dickinson.  In 1995, he joined rising UK alternative rockers Skunk Anansie, recording 3 albums and touring extensively across the world. After Skunk Anansie split in 2000, Mark enjoyed an 8-year tenure with Feeder, which included recording 3 albums and extensive touring. Due to Skunk Anansie reforming for a Greatest Hits campaign, Mark re-joined to record 3 more studio records, 2 live albums and tour extensively. He remains their drummer to this day. Mark is a passionate advocate for the way the industry views mental health and continues to work to destigmatize the issue for those facing addiction and mental health challenges in the music industry.

Why We're WaterBear...

- ‘Water bear’ is the common name for a Tardigrade.
- Tardigrades are micro creatures, found everywhere on earth.
- They are the most resilient creatures known.
- They can survive and adapt to their surroundings, even in outer space.
- Their resilience and ability to adapt and survive inspires us in everything we do. We love them.
