Our courses are designed in collaboration with our partners at Falmouth University. Course structure and content focuses on the development of specialist and transferable skills, and long-term career strategy within the music industry.

You’ll be taught how to refine your practise and develop your sound by accomplished music industry professionals within small classes. Teaching spaces are fitted out with state-of-the-art digital A/V technology, and you’ll learn on vintage and modern pro-standard gear such as acoustic drum kits, and industry-standard production tools in environments designed to fuel your creative output. You’ll develop your stagecraft through live performance and student led events in working music venues with other WaterBear musicians and artists, and gain free access to professional rehearsal and recording studios across our city-wide campuses in Brighton and Sheffield.
WaterBear – The College of Music was founded by music education pioneers Adam Bushell and Bruce John Dickinson. Together they each have more than 30 years’ experience in professional music and 25 years at the highest level of music education. Their relentless dedication to supporting musicians and artists is focused on building sustainable long-term careers.
